QUALIFY FOR A GLOBAL CONFERENCE

Determine your eligibility and then choose a conference by following these steps and using the charts below.

STEP 1: Choose the deadline you plan to meet. All registration deadlines can be found at the top of the first chart.
STEP 2: Select your anticipated number of participants, located on the left-hand side of the first chart.
STEP 3: Find out which corresponding Global Conference or cash option you qualify for by using the second chart.

Bring a Companion
Enjoy a trip with your spouse or friend for the cost listed in our Companion Chart. If there is no cost provided for your preferred gateway, note this on your Global Conference Registration Form and we will contact you with the price from the closest gateway.

Register for a Global Conference
All Encore Tours Global Conferences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and some have limited registration space. We encourage travelers to sign up for their chosen conference as soon as possible. We will not accept applications, online submissions or changes after the dates listed below.

Confirm Details
After you have submitted your online registration form or sent in your paper registration form from our Download Center, you can verify your registration at a later date in My Account.

Encore Tours will send you a conference Program Summary once your eligibility has been verified. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy, sign the form and return it to Encore Tours within two weeks, noting any necessary changes.

Any airline tickets and hotel confirmations will be mailed express within one week of departure. All accounts must be paid in full before tickets are released. Any balances still unpaid one month prior to departure will result in cancellation of the participant. In this case, Encore Tours will not be able to provide the cash alternative or reschedule conferences for any participant cancelled for non-payment.
