Itinerary

DAY 1: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT
Departure from the USA.

DAY 2: BARCELONA
Upon arrival in Barcelona, you will be met by your Tour Manager and private motorcoach and driver. Transfer to your hotel for check in and time to relax before dinner.

DAY 3: BARCELONA
Morning sightseeing of Barcelona with a local guide includes entrances to the Gothic Cathedral and Pueblo Espanol. Free afternoon before dinner. This evening the ensemble will present its first formal concert.

DAY 4: BARCELONA
Free day to explore on your own. Breakfast and dinner are included.

DAY 5: MADRID
Today you’ll drive through the very heart of Spain to Zaragoza. After visiting the Basilica in Pilar Square, continue to the Spanish capital of Madrid. Free time before dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 6: MADRID
This morning enjoy a guided tour of Madrid, which highlights the Puerto del Sol, the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor. Visit the Prado Museum to see the works of exceptional artists such as Goya and El Greco. Free afternoon for shopping, sightseeing or strolling through Retiro Park. Dinner and overnight in Madrid.

DAY 7: MADRID
Free morning. Afternoon excursion to Segovia to see the multi-story Roman aqueduct. After dinner at a local restaurant, the ensemble will perform in Segovia. Return to Madrid for overnight.

DAY 8: SEVILLE
Morning drive to Cordoba for sightseeing. Enjoy a tour of the 8th century Mezquita with its striped arches and 4000 lamps. Continue to Seville. Enjoy dinner and an evening flamenco show.

DAY 9: SEVILLE
Sightseeing includes the immense Gothic Cathedral, Giralda Tower and the Alcazar. Lunch instead of dinner is included today. This evening is your 3rd concert performance.

DAY 10: MADRID
Check out of your hotel and board the AVE high-speed train to Madrid –you’ll be back in Spain’s capital in a mere 2 ½ hours! It’s a short drive to Toledo for sightseeing including the Church of Santo Tome. Continue to Madrid for a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 11: RETURN TO THE USA
Departure for the USA.
