Itinerary

DAY 1: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT
Depart on your overnight flight to Paris. Dinner and breakfast served on board.

DAY 2: PARIS
Paris greets you today! Meet your Tour Manager, acquaint yourself with the Metro, and check in at your hotel. Enjoy dinner at local restaurant as a group this evening, which is included each night during your tour.

DAY 3: PARIS
This morning sightseeing of Paris with a local guide will show you the city's most important monuments, from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower to the Champs Elysees and the Place de la Concorde, site of the guillotine during the French Revolution. This afternoon, discover the many treasures if the Louvre museum, including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. This evening, enjoy a boat ride along the Seine to see the many historic monuments on the banks of the river.

DAY 4: PARIS
Enjoy a visit of the famous Musee d’Orsay this morning, which is a converted train station. Then take advantage of some free time before your afternoon concert performance. Proposed venues include La Madeleine, Eglise de St. Sulpice, and the American Church of Paris. After dinner, enjoy the view from the top of the famed Eiffel Tower.

DAY 5: PARIS
This morning, enjoy an excursion to the famous chateau of Versailles, King Louis XIV’s elaborate palace. After visiting the inside of the chateau, discover the resplendent gardens that enchanted the Court of Louis XIV and the rest of the estate with a Versailles by bike tour. Continue to Claude Monet’s home in Giverny for a visit to Monet's house and gardens. Let your Tour Manager lead you on a walking tour around the water lily ponds, which served as inspiration for one of his most famous series of paintings. Return to Paris for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: PROVENCE
Take a morning journey to Avignon on the fastest train in Europe, the TGV. View the imposing Papal Palace and the nearby Pont du Gard. Continue to Nimes to see the Roman Arena an settle into your hotel in Provence.

DAY 7: PROVENCE
Visit the fabled town of Les Baux before arriving in Arles, famous for its near-perfect amphitheater. Enjoy the incredibly beautiful countryside of Provence, famous for the numerous fields of lavender. This afternoon, prepare for your second performance opportunity!

DAY 8: COTE d’AZUR
Journey across the heart of Provence before reaching the coastline in France’s chic playground known as the Cote d’Azur. Learn about regional specialties as you experience the wonderful flavors of tapenade, caviar de tomates and a variety of locally produced oils. Discover the city of Nice this afternoon as a local guide shows you this Mediterranean city.

DAY 9: COTE d’AZUR
This morning enjoy an excursion to visit the perched village of Eze with its ruined castle and steep streets. Tour the Fragonard perfume factory, then continue along the cornice to Monaco, glamorous residence of the rich and famous and home of the Grimaldi royal family. This afternoon, prepare for your final concert before enjoying a farewell dinner together.

DAY 10: RETURN TO THE US
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the United States.
