Itinerary

DAY 1: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT
Depart on your overnight flight to Paris. Dinner and breakfast served on board.

DAY 2: PARIS
France, La voilà! Paris greets you today. Meet your Tour Manager and acquaint yourself with the Metro, after check in at your hotel. Enjoy dinner at local restaurant as a group this evening.

DAY 3: PARIS
This morning sightseeing of Paris with a local guide will show you the city's most important monuments, from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower. This afternoon enjoy a visit to the Musee d’Orsay; entrance fees included. Dinner at local restaurant.

DAY 4: PARIS
Free time before your afternoon concert performance (proposed venue: Trinity Church). Free time for shopping and independent sightseeing before dinner and this evening’s scenic boat ride on the Seine.

DAY 5: PARIS
Depart Paris today for Louis XIV ‘s Versailles. Explore the palace, walk through the gardens, and see the smaller yet no less impressive Trianon residences. Continue to Claude Monet’s home in Giverny for a visit to Monet's house and gardens. Let your Tour Manager lead you on a walking tour around the water lily ponds, which served as inspiration for one of his most famous series of paintings. Return to Paris for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: PARIS
This morning spend a few hours visiting the many splendors of the Louvre equipped with an ACIS® walking Tour. Enjoy some free time before rehearsal and mass participation (proposed venue: Notre Dame). Enjoy dinner in the Latin Quarter this evening.

DAY 7: LOIRE VALLEY
Morning participation in liturgical services (proposed venue: American Cathedral). Next drive to the Loire Valley, once the ‘garden of the kings.’ First stop is the chateau at Chambord, with its amazing, turreted roof and double helix staircase, both designed for Francis I by Leonardo da Vinci. Next drive to beautiful Amboise for some free time. Wander the cobbled streets and gaze upon the town’s perched chateau. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8: ST. MALO
This morning you will visit the DaVinci museum. Next, explore the Chateau Chenonceau. The chateau of six women, built over the River Cher in an exquisite Renaissance design. Drive to St.Malo for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9: ST. MALO
This morning you will visit the awe-inspiring island monastery of the Mont St. Michel, where you will participate in 12:15 mass services. This medieval abbey, once an important pilgrimage site, is still surrounded by water and high tide. Free time this afternoon. Dinner and overnight will be in St. Malo.

DAY 10: CAEN
This morning visit the Peace Museum in Caen where you will relive the heroism of the 1944 liberation of France at the D-Day Beaches. In the afternoon, the American War Cemetery at St. Laurent, overlooking Omaha Beach. While there you’ll perform an impromptu concert for the visitors at the cemetery. This evening you will perform at the Peace Museum.

DAY 11: PARIS
Today, enjoy a drive to Honfleur, the great medieval port at the mouth of the Seine. View the old dock and characteristic houses, before continuing on to Paris for a beautiful Eiffel Tower dinner and overnight.

DAY 12: RETURN TO THE USA
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the United States.
