Itinerary
DAY 1: DEPART
Depart on your 9-day concert tour to the United Kingdom.
DAY 2:
LONDON
Arrive in the bustling city of London. Relax, unpack, and become acquainted with your surroundings. During your stay get a wonderful view of the city by riding the world famous London Eye.
DAY 3:
LONDON
After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a full day getting to know this world capital. Start with a guided walking tour of London which shows you the highlights. Then take a break from sightseeing for your noon-time performance. In the afternoon enjoy a visit of the Tower of London before dinner and a West End Theatre performance.
DAY 4:
HARROGATE
Today depart London for the lovely spa town of Harrogate, your home for the next six nights. Before arriving at your final destination, stop at Warwick Castle, one of England’s most famous medieval castles. This afternoon upon arrival, spend time getting to know this lovely town.
DAY 5:
HARROGATE
After breakfast, you will participate in a massed festival photograph. Continue your day with a guided tour of the historic spa town of Harrogate followed by the Grand Opening Parade. This afternoon is your first performance opportunity at a community venue. End the night with dinner before heading over to the Grand Opening Concert in the historic Royal Hall.
DAY 6:
HARROGATE
After savoring breakfast, join other festival participants for an Easter morning performance at a local church. Spend the afternoon enjoying the sights. Tonight, you're invited to the Big Band & Swing Night Civic Reception & Festival Disco. Mingle with other performance ensemble members and group leaders or chat with the Mayor of Harrogate, who is scheduled to make a special appearance.
DAY 7:
HARROGATE
Today’s highlight is an outdoor performance! Venues for this performance could include Valley Gardens or Harewood House, both of which provide beautiful surroundings for your performance. This experience is guaranteed to be exceptional and provide you with lifelong memories.
DAY 8:
HARROGATE
Today you will enjoy a massed rehearsal at Ripon Cathedral. In the afternoon travel to Ripley Castle. Enjoy the history and the lovely grounds of this beautiful family estate. Return to Harrogate for dinner.
DAY 9: HARROGATE
This morning enjoy some last minute shopping or sightseeing of Harrogate before your Grand Finale Concert at Royal Hall. During dinner spend time remembering the highlights of the trip with new friends.
DAY 10: DEPARTURE FOR THE USA
This morning transfer to Manchester for your return flight the USA.
