Fundraising can help make a performance tour possible for more musicians. Every registered Encore Tours participant has access to a Personal Fundraising Page that allows family, friends and community members to contribute directly toward that participant’s tour balance. Setting Up Your Personal Fundraising Page Log in to your Encore My Account. Select My Fundraising from the navigation at the top of your account. Personalize your page by adding a fundraising goal, page heading, personal statement and photo. Save your changes and copy your unique fundraising page link. Share the link with family, friends and members of your community by email, text or social media. You can return to your fundraising dashboard at any time to update your page, see contributions and track your progress toward your goal. Log in to My Account Tips for a Strong Fundraising Page Explain where your ensemble is traveling and why the experience matters to you. Set a specific and realistic fundraising goal. Add a photo that helps friends and family connect with your story. Include a personal message when sharing your link instead of posting the link by itself. Thank contributors and share updates as you get closer to your goal. Having Trouble Logging In? If a parent or guardian completed your registration, your account may be connected to the email address they used. Try the following: Make sure your username and password are entered exactly as created. Both are case-sensitive. If you are using a phone or tablet, check that your device has not added an extra space. Select Login, not Register, to avoid creating a duplicate account. Remember that participants receive separate account information for each Encore trip. Use the email address entered during registration to retrieve your username or reset your password. For a minor participant, you may also use the parent or guardian email associated with the account. When resetting a participant’s account, select Participant, even if a parent or guardian is completing the process. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still need assistance, contact our Traveler Support team at questions@encoretours.com. Individual and Group Fundraising Each Personal Fundraising Page is connected to one registered participant, and contributions are applied directly to that traveler’s tour balance. It is intended for individual fundraising rather than as a pooled scholarship or general group fundraising account. Group leaders or chaperones interested in collecting donations for a shared scholarship fund should contact their Encore Program Manager to discuss the fundraising options currently available for their group. Help Make Your Tour Possible Your Personal Fundraising Page provides a simple way to share what this performance tour means to you and invite the people in your life to support your journey. Every contribution brings you closer to performing, exploring and experiencing the world with your ensemble. Start Your Fundraising Page
