In collaboration with Ed Maki-Schramm, Director of Music at Christ Church Detroit, we are thrilled to offer "American Organists in London", a fabulous trip through England where you can discover the country's premier organs and venues.

Our journey will take us through London and the surrounding areas as we explore Westminster Abbey, Kings College, St. Paul's Cathedral, Oxford Cathedral, and Church of St. Botolph Without Aldgate. Enjoy privileged access as you meet the staff organists and go behind-the-scenes at these prestigious churches.

Participants will have the opportunity to play a joint recital at the historic Southwark Cathedral and attend a concert at one of London's top venues for classical performances, such as the Royal Festival Hall, the Barbican, or Wigmore Hall. With several wonderful dinners and guided tours, this experience has something for everybody -- even if you're not an organ player.

This program is limited to 15 organ recitalists and 30 participants overall.

Dear Friends,

You are cordially invited to join a group of American organists as we tour the very best instruments and venues in London, Cambridge and Oxford, England including Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, and playing a joint recital at Southwark Cathedral.

We will meet staff organists at these famous churches and enjoy the very best of British culture. There will be time to throw back a pint or two, shop and wander on our own, but the very best part of this tour will be the lifelong friendships that will be made with fellow colleagues and aficionados.

All are welcome including spouses, partners, and organ-playing and non-playing friends. I hope that you will join me in England in the summer of 2022.
