Safety Focused Travel

As a member of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), we are participating in USTOA’s TourCare program. TourCare Guidelines provide direction tour operators across all touchpoints of a trip – staff, suppliers, and passengers – to ensure that health and sanitization protections are in place for each stakeholder and the communities visited.

As we adapt to these new protocols, we have implemented several additional measures to ensure the utmost safety for all of our travelers.

  • Encore Experiences requires proof of full vaccination for all guests, as defined by the CDC and valid through the program return date.
  • All Encore Staff, Tour Managers, Coach Drivers and local expert guides are also required to be fully vaccinated as defined by their country of residence.
  • Should Covid testing overseas be required by the CDC for re-entry to the US, Encore will manage related logistics and cover costs.

  • Any pre-departure testing that may be required is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Encore Experience programs conform to current guidelines on health and safety as set out by destination countries and regions.
  • All programs use as a minimum health & safety requirement, the guidelines set out by TourCare; industry standards developed jointly by USTOA, CATO and ETOA.
