Alternate Returns If you want to extend your trip or return from a different city, you can submit an Alternate Return Request. Learn More Visas/Passports All Encore participants traveling to destinations outside of the United States, including Canada, must have valid passports. We suggest that participants get their passports as soon as they register. Participants must enter their passport number, expiration date, issue date and country of issue on their Encore account or can send this information to encoretours@acis.com and we will update it for them! Learn MoRE Performance Specifications Form Encore Tours is dedicated to providing exceptional concert tours. In order to place you in appropriate venues, we request that you submit the following form a minimum of 180 days prior to departure. Learn MoRE Instrument List Submission Please use this form to submit detailed information for each traveler bringing an instrument on your upcoming tour. This helps our team coordinate with airlines and ensure smooth logistics for oversized or fragile instruments. If a traveler is not bringing an instrument, no submission is needed for them.
