While no two conferences are exactly alike, each includes airfare, accommodations, breakfasts, excursions, and more. You can even bring a companion to share in the experience. To qualify for a Global Conference, you must have 20 paying participants on an international trip before July 15, or 25 paying participants before October 15. We encourage travelers to register for their chosen conference as soon as possible. We cannot accept applications, online submissions, or changes after the deadlines listed above. Encore Tours will send you a conference program summary once your eligibility has been verified. Please review it carefully, sign the form, and return it to Encore Tours within two weeks, noting any necessary changes. Airline tickets and hotel confirmations will be sent by express delivery within one week of departure. All accounts must be paid in full before tickets are released. Any balance still unpaid one month before departure will result in cancellation. Encore Tours cannot provide a cash alternative or reschedule a conference for any participant whose registration is canceled because of nonpayment.
