We encourage travelers to sign up for their chosen conference as soon as possible. We will not accept applications, online submissions, or changes after the dates listed above. Confirm DetailsAfter you have registered, you can verify your registration at a later date in My Account. Encore Tours will send you a conference program summary once your eligibility has been verified. Please review it carefully to ensure accuracy, sign the form, and return it to Encore Tours within two weeks, noting any necessary changes. Any airline tickets and hotel confirmations will be mailed express within one week of departure. All accounts must be paid in full before tickets are released. Any balances still unpaid one month prior to departure will result in cancellation of the participant. In this case, Encore Tours will not be able to provide a cash alternative or reschedule conferences for any participant who is cancelled for non-payment.
