Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older, who are music educators, ensemble directors or administrators of an ensemble organization. Employees of Sponsor and its parent and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
Entry period: Begins when the survey opens and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on [CLOSE DATE].
How to enter: Complete the survey and provide your name and email address to receive one entry. To enter without completing the survey, email questions@encoretours.com with the subject line “Domestic Survey Drawing” and include your name, school or organization, and email address before the entry period ends. Limit one entry per person.
Prizes: One (1) grand prize winner receives a $250 J.W. Pepper gift certificate, and three (3) runner-up winners each receive a $50 J.W. Pepper gift certificate, for use by the winner’s music program. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $400. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative.
Drawing and odds: Winners will be selected at random within 14 days after the entry period ends. The grand prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the three runner-up winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are responsible for confirming that accepting a prize complies with their employer’s or school district’s gift policies. A winner who cannot accept may decline, and an alternate winner will be selected.
