These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the Boston Symphony Hall Orchestra Festival, a one-day program operated by Encore Tours. By registering for this program, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Payment Plan A $200 deposit per participant will be invoiced following registration and is due by June 1, 2026. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and is due by July 1, 2026. Protection Plans All participants are covered by Encore Tours’ Basic Protection Plan. Because this is a festival-specific, one-day program, upgraded protection plan options are not available and the cancellation schedule below applies. Program Structure This festival is a one-day program and operates under a modified structure that differs from Encore’s standard multi-day tours. Certain policies, including upgraded protection plans and overnight travel provisions, do not apply. Participant Responsibilities Participants are expected to follow the direction of ensemble leaders and Encore staff throughout the festival. Encore reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with program expectations. Health and Safety Participants should disclose any relevant medical conditions or serious allergies prior to the festival. While Encore will communicate important information to partners and venues, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Communication Encore communicates important registration, invoicing, and program information by email. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications leading up to the festival.
