Any traveler who wishes to upgrade their flight on an Encore program must complete this form and return it to Encore no later than 90 days before departure. Availability Encore offers the option to upgrade your flight experience to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class. These upgrades are subject to airline availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed. Upgrades are often limited to select routes from major international airports, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees A $250 Upgrade Fee will apply, along with any additional airline charges, which may vary widely based on the class of service. Please be aware that upgraded tickets may be subject to different cancellation policies and could be non-refundable upon purchase. After confirmation, any changes will incur a $75 fee, and a weekend surcharge may apply for flights scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
