Required Performance Forms These forms give our concert and transportation teams the information they need to plan the musical components of your tour. Complete Performance Specifications For travelers bringing instruments Instrument List Submission Submit details for each traveler bringing an instrument so we can coordinate airline and ground transportation for oversized or fragile items. Submit Instrument List Flight Requests and Options Use the options below if a traveler would like to extend their stay, request an upgraded cabin or arrange airfare independently. Requests are subject to applicable deadlines, availability and additional costs. Extend your stay Alternate Return Request a later return date or a different return city. Passports and Visas International documentation requirements vary by destination, citizenship, age and method of travel. Review the guidance early and enter requested passport information securely through your Encore account.
