DAY 1: OVERNIGHT FLIGHT

Depart from the USA.

DAY 2: PARIS

Bienvenue a Paris! Begin your exploration of the City of Light right away, as a local guided sightseeing tour shows you the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and the bustling Champs-Elysees. Check in to your hotel and have an arrival briefing followed by some leisure time. Tonight, enjoy a special welcome dinner together as a group. (D)

DAY 3: PARIS

This morning, visit the Latin Quarter and Île de la Cité, home to the world renowned Notre Dame Cathedral before continuing on to the Louvre where you will discover the many famous masterpieces that call this museum home. Enjoy of the rest of the day to explore Paris at your leisure and have dinner on your own this evening. (B)

DAY 4: LOIRE VALLEY

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the Loire Valley. En route, stop at Chartres for a guided tour of Chartres Cathedral, famous for its precious stained-glass windows. On arrival in the Loire, check in to your hotel and relax. This evening, there will be a welcome evening reception in the courtyard of the Chateau de Blois including an impromptu a cappella performance. (B,D)

DAY 5: LOIRE VALLEY

Today experience this magnificent region of France. Start with a visit to the Chateau of Chambord, the largest chateau in the Loire Valley and one of the most recognizable in the world because of its distinctive French Renaissance architecture. It was built as a hunting lodge for Francois I in the 1500s and receives more than 700,000 visitors annually. Here you will have your next informal singing opportunity (pending approval). Enjoy dinner together tonight. (B,D)

DAY 6: LOIRE VALLEY

After breakfast, continue exploring the Loire Valley. The Loire Valley is a cradle of culture, having once been home to Leonardo da Vinci during his years in France. This evening, enjoy a group dinner and take part in a performance in le Chateau de Cheverny (pending approval) followed by a post-concert reception. Chateau de Cheverny inspired le Chateau de Moulinsart in the Tintin albums. (B,D)

DAY 7: LOIRE VALLEY

Today you will take part in the grand finale of the festival, a memorable performance of the Faure “Requiem” in the enshrined splendor of the Cathedrale de Blois (pending approval). A reception for all festival participants will follow the concerts. The concert will be under the direction of Maestro Till Aly – lauded German conductor, Parisian resident, and founder of the Choeur de Paris - who will lead a Masterclass prior to the concert for all participants. Join in a collaborative and creative spirit with Le Choeur de Paris and the Chorale du Conservatoire de Blois. Celebrate with a group dinner this evening. (B,D)

DAY 8: PARIS

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and board your motorcoach for the return trip to Paris. The rest of day is free for you to exlore this beautiful city. Celebrate your magnificent tour to France this evening with a farewelll group dinner. (B,D)

DAY 9: DEPARTURE

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
