Encore’s standard Terms & Conditions apply with the event-specific exceptions and policies listed below.Transportation is not included in the program price. Optional travel support or broader planning needs may be discussed separately upon request.Payment PlansAutomatic payment plans and related discounts are not available.A $300 initial payment will be invoiced after registration and is due upon receipt.The $300 initial payment is risk-free for 30 days after registration, or until 130 days prior to the event, whichever comes first.Registrations completed within 130 days of the event are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free initial payment period.Final balances will be invoiced separately and payment is due no later than 120 days prior to the event.If registration is completed within 130 days of the event, full payment is due immediately and the cancellation policy applies immediately upon registration.Protection PlansAll participants are covered by Encore Tours’ Basic Protection Plan. Because this is a one-day program, upgraded protection plan options are not available and the cancellation schedule below applies.For general Encore travel documents, please visit the Traveler Resources page.Cancellation PolicyThe $300 initial payment is risk-free for 30 days after registration, or until 130 days prior to the event, whichever comes first. After that risk-free period, the cancellation schedule below applies.If registration is completed within 130 days of the event, there is no 30-day risk-free period. Certain policies, including upgraded protection plans and overnight travel provisions, do not apply to day events with no overnight stay.Participant ResponsibilitiesParticipants are expected to follow the direction of ensemble leaders and Encore staff throughout the event. Encore reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with program expectations.Health and SafetyParticipants should disclose any relevant medical conditions or serious allergies prior to the event. While Encore will communicate important information to partners and venues, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.CommunicationEncore communicates important registration, invoicing, and program information by email.
