What if we told you that you could book a tour today with no risk? It’s really that simple!  For groups traveling before April 30, 2022, participants interested in enrolling in a 2022 trip can register with a $200 deposit, and if either directors or participants need to cancel their tour for any reason before November 1, 2021, we will refund 100% of the money paid to Encore.  For groups traveling on May 1, 2022 or later, travelers can cancel their tour for any reason before December 1, and we will refund 100% of the money paid to Encore. 

We recognize that travelers who have stuck with us as their trips have been postponed represent a uniquely committed group; and our Worry-Free Guarantee was thoughtfully designed to ensure that enough participants enroll on these rescheduled trips so they can run as planned. For participants who have moved onto a 2022 trip from an earlier scheduled tour, any additional payments that rescheduled participants make between now and either November 1 or December 1 (depending on your departure date) are entirely risk-free.

Are you waiting a bit longer to start traveling again? That’s not a problem, as we have made it easier than ever to register for a 2023 Encore performance tour! Anyone signing up for a new 2023 tour will enjoy peace of mind with risk-free payments until June 1, 2022. All participants who would like additional cancellation coverage after that date may choose to upgrade to our Ultimate-Plus Protection plan which provides the ability to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
