Boston Symphony Hall Orchestra Festival Registration

A $200 deposit is due upon registration to secure your ensemble’s participation. The remaining balance is due July 1.

The festival includes round-trip bus transportation, lunch, a dedicated performance block in Boston Symphony Hall, clinician-led sessions, and full Encore coordination.

This one-day festival uses modified registration terms and does not follow the same protection-plan structure used for standard multi-day tours. Festival-specific policies apply to registration, payment, cancellation, and participation.

Our team will review your submission and follow up with availability, next steps, payment instructions, and any additional materials needed to confirm your participation.

This form should be completed by a group leader, participant, parent, or school representative submitting on behalf of a group.

Encore communicates important registration, invoicing, and account information by email, so please make sure the email address you provide is accurate and monitored regularly.

By registering, participants agree to follow Encore’s behavior and participation expectations and the instructions of festival staff and group leaders. Encore reserves the right to remove a participant from festival activities if necessary for safety, conduct, or operational reasons.

Encore states that participant payments are protected through its parent organization and USTOA-related protections. Festival-specific payment and cancellation policies still apply to this program.
