Protection Plans for Everyone All participants are covered at no extra cost by our Basic Protection Plan covering health insurance overseas and trip cancellation/interruption in case of illness. Participants also have the option to upgrade to our Ultimate or Ultimate Plus plans, which include the ability to cancel for any reason up to four days before departure and still receive a full refund. Additionally, all Encore participants travel with an automatic $15,000 health protection plan. Financial Security Encore Tours and our parent company, ACIS, carry a $50 million general liability insurance policy to protect our groups. With group billing you will receive an invoice with each participant’s balance and payment due prior to the due date. If you decide to enroll your group in direct billing Encore will mail invoices to each participant for all payments due. Accounts can also be accessed 24 hours a day on our website and payments can be made online with MasterCard and Visa for no additional cost. This is the suggested payment plan, however you can adjust it according to the group’s needs. Automatic Payments Plan Encore offers an auto-pay option for all participants signed up for individual billing. Band Choir Orchestra Sinfonia Smith Square London Sinfonia Smith Square, formerly known as St John’s Smith Square, is a renowned concert venue located in the heart of Westminster, London. Choir Bath Abbey Bath Bath Abbey, an Anglican parish church and former monastery, was founded in the 7th century and is dedicated to St. Peter and St. Paul. The church is a UK Listed Building (historic landmark) and contains various war memorials and monuments in the form of plaques and stained glass. The abbey is often used for secular civic ceremonies, religious services, lectures, and concerts, and while it is home to its own choral groups, it has also been a popular venue for visiting choirs, as well. Choir St. Paul’s Cathedral London St Paul’s Cathedral, with its vast dome, is an iconic feature of the London skyline and known across the world. It is the mother church of the Diocese of London and sits on Ludgate Hill at the highest point of the City of London. High quality choirs can apply to sing Evensong at the cathedral, which is an incredible experience for any singer. Choir Christ Church Cathedral Oxford Christ Church is the cathedral of the Anglican diocese of Oxford and is also the chapel of Christ Church at the University of Oxford.
