Registration

This registration is for the one-day Meyerhoff Orchestra Event on Saturday, April 3, 2027. It is a program-specific registration flow and is separate from Encore’s standard multi-day tour registration process.

Automatic payment plans and related discounts are not available for this one-day event. A $300 initial payment will be invoiced after registration and is due upon receipt. The $300 initial payment is risk-free for 30 days after registration, or until 130 days prior to the event, whichever comes first. Registrations completed within 130 days of the event are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free initial payment period. Final balances will be invoiced separately and payment is due no later than 120 days prior to the event. If registration is completed within 130 days of the event, full payment is due immediately and the cancellation policy applies immediately upon registration.

The event includes clinician-led educational workshops, lunch, a dedicated concert performance block at Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, full Encore coordination, and the opportunity for graduate-level professional development credit for music educators. Transportation is not included in the program price.

All participants are covered by Encore Tours’ Basic Protection Plan. Because this is a one-day program, upgraded protection plan options are not available and the cancellation schedule for this event applies.

The $300 initial payment is risk-free for 30 days after registration, or until 130 days prior to the event, whichever comes first. Registrations completed within 130 days of the event are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free initial payment period. After the risk-free period, and for cancellations made more than 130 days prior to the event, all payments less $300 are refundable. From 129 to 60 days prior to the event, all payments less $400 are refundable. Fewer than 60 days prior to the event, no refund is available. If registration is completed within 130 days of the event, full payment is due immediately and this cancellation policy applies immediately upon registration. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are effective as of the date received.

By registering, participants agree to follow Encore’s behavior and participation expectations and the instructions of event staff and group leaders. Encore reserves the right to remove a participant from event activities if necessary for safety, conduct, or operational reasons.

Encore states that participant payments are protected through its parent organization and USTOA-related protections. Program-specific payment and cancellation policies still apply to this event.
