Priority Planning Incentives for 2027–2028 Travel

Directors who register their interest by April 1, 2026 receive Priority Planning incentives for eligible 2027 or 2028 international performance tours.

Starting the process earlier improves access to preferred travel dates and high-demand destinations, particularly for ensembles traveling with instruments or larger groups. Directors also receive a personalized planning consultation with one of our Program Consultants, focused on recruitment timing, fundraising strategy, and clear next steps for their ensemble.

In addition, we’ll apply a travel scholarship directly to your group’s tour account once final group size is confirmed, based on the tiers below. The scholarship is designed to support participation and help offset overall tour costs.

Priority Planning is available for directors considering international performance tours in 2027 or 2028 with ensembles of 25 or more participants. To receive the added incentives, groups must have participants registered by April 1, 2026.
