Modernism and Music in Central Europe

Austria / Czech Republic

This thoughtfully paced journey invites music and culture lovers to experience Central Europe through three distinct lenses. In Prague, historic streets and celebrated venues come alive during one of the city’s most vibrant musical seasons. In Brno, guests explore the roots of modern Czech identity through Janáček’s music and the city’s groundbreaking interwar architecture. The journey concludes in Vienna, where centuries of musical tradition culminate in rare access to one of the world’s great orchestral institutions.

Blending iconic performances with architectural insight, contemporary culture, and time to explore independently, this program is designed for travelers who value depth, context, and meaningful access. Each city offers its own character and rhythm, creating a seamless progression from Bohemia to Moravia to Austria, and an experience that feels both immersive and refined.

A guided exploration highlights how space, light, and material were used to redefine domestic architecture for the modern age.
